On January 8, 2020, SSARD held its 2019 Work Conference, attended by the staff in the meeting room on the second floor.
The conference was presided over by Director Chou Jingyu. First of all, HSE Senior Manager Li Fan shared his safety experience. Next, Director Liu Changling of Fungicide R&D Department, Director Li Bin of Herbicide R&D Department, Director Yu Haibo of Insecticide R&D Department, Director Chou Jingyu of Formulation R&D Department, Director Liu Junli of Bioassay R&D Department and Senior Manager Liu Lili of Operation Service Department successively summarized the work done by their respective departments. Then, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager Sun Ke comprehensively summarized the work of the Company, including the overall fulfillment of performance indicators, scientific research, management, Dupont safety management system construction and Party-mass work. Sun appreciated the achievements made by all departments in 2019, pointed out the deficiencies to be improved, and proposed an overall business plan and the priorities of 2020.
The work summarization was followed by a commendation session. First, the Company cited the advanced workers. Next, the Party Committee awarded the honorary titles of Advanced Basic-level Party Organizations, Excellent CPC Members, Excellent Party Affairs Workers, Learning Star, and Excellent Party Branch; then the Trade Union granted the titles of Excellent Trade Union Worker, Trade Union Activist, Position Innovation Award, and the winner and runner-up of "Safety Cup" Volleyball Game; and finally HSE commended the HSE Advanced Worker, HSE Safety Star, HSE Potential Risks Identification Star.
