On November 5, 2019, SSARD held a “double-channel” construction kick-off meeting, which comprised of an exchange symposium and a mobilization meeting. In the morning, the symposium was held in the meeting room on the fourth floor and attended by leaders of Sinochem International and Yangnong Chemical as well as the management of SSARD, who discussed and approved the scheme contents at the symposium.
In the afternoon, the mobilization meeting, presided by Zhou Jingmei and attended by relevant leaders and the staff of SSARD, was held in the meeting room on the second floor. First, Senior Manager Liu Lili and Director Zhang Yurong briefed on the “double-channel” construction; then, Director Yu Haibo, General Manager Sun Ke and General Manager Chen Cong gave speeches respectively on behalf of the staff of SSARD, SSARD and Sinochem International, and finally General Manager Zhou Qikui made a concluding remark for the mobilization meeting.
For the "double-channel" construction, talents are selected according to their “ability and level rather than experience and educational background”, which not only meets the demands of the Company's overall business development and employees' personal career development, but also promotes the standardization and institutionalization of position sequence management of SSARD.
