“DuPont Seminar and Mid-year Training Session for Cadre Employees of SSARD Themed ‘In Science We Trust and the Unity of Knowledge and Action’” was carried out from September 3 to 5. A total of 62 people including Sun Ke, General Manager of SSARD, directors, senior managers and cadre employees attended the meeting.
The meeting officially opened on September 3. Director Yu Haibo, as the guider, shared safety information, and external expert Graeme Gunn provided trainings on laboratory risk assessment. In addition, Graeme Gunn emphatically introduced the application of two risk analysis tools LEC method and HELPER method. Each sub-committee practiced to utilize LEC method and HELPER method in the morning of September 4. Fan Shibiao, Deputy General Manager of Shenyang Sciencreat Chemical Co., Ltd, shared improvement cases of DuPont safety management in the afternoon of the same day. On September 5, each sub-committee continued to discuss and report how to perform relevant work in groups. Finally, Sun Ke gave a comprehensive summary on this training meeting.
