On Jul. 22, a group of five bioassay experts from Syngenta began their five-day technical exchanges at the Bioassay R&D Department, to help improve the bioassay R&D ability thereof.
Those bioassay experts from Syngenta who mainly study insecticide, herbicide, fungicide and seed coating, test material culture, and applied technology, etc. had detailed exchanges on each link of the bioassay R&D process. On the first day, after both sides separately introduced respective organization structure, the experts thoroughly investigated the laboratory, operation hall, greenhouse, and experimental field of the Bioassay R&D Department and understood in detail the hardware conditions including facilities and instruments and equipment, etc. Over the following days, experts went to every bioassay laboratory to separately understand details such as the experiment process, test material culture, and pesticide application equipment, communicate and discuss with the R&D personnel on site and give instructions and suggestions.
Furthermore, experts also visited the novel pesticide synthesis and preparation processing departments, etc. of the Company and highly affirmed the novel pesticide R&D system of the Company. Patrik, leader of the visiting group, said that they were deeply touched by the enthusiasm and dedication of the R&D team; they had huge respect for the work of the team and hoped both sides to continue to keep communication to deepen understandings and promote and develop with each other.
